Present: Joseph Frisoli, Chairman; Vice Chairman, Judith Murdoch, James Haggerty, Andrews - late.
Also attending - Joseph Nugent, Executive Secretary.
Motion by Haggerty to open warrant for Annual Town Meeting, 2nd Judith Murdoch, 3-0 vote.
Motion by Haggerty to delete Article 11, 2nd Murdoch, 3-0 vote.
Motion by Haggerty to insert new article 11, to read as follows - to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money, borrow, and/or transfer a sum of money from the Capital Improvement Funds for the purpose of purchasing three pieces of fire apparatus by purchase or lease purchase or take any other action in relation thereto. - 2nd by Murdoch. 3-0 vote.
Motion by Haggerty to close the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting, 2nd Murdoch. 3-0 vote.
Andrews arrived.
Motion to adjourn by Haggerty, 2nd by Murdoch. 4-0 vote.
